Costs

To keep it simple, I have three fees for tax returns. A Form 1040 with all schedules is a flat $325 (no matter how complex the return). If a state return is required, it is $45.00 per state. American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted, as well as, checks drawn on a U.S. bank account.

If you prefer audit insurance, add another $75.00. Having audit insurance doesn't pay your tax liability, interest, or penalties. But it does cover the cost of my firm representing you before the Internal Revenue Service. If your return is audited and you paid the insurance premium, I handle your case before the IRS at no additional charge. If you elect not to take the insurance, my representation is billed at my normal hourly rates.
